Chapter 3: Cuckold Slave 3 (2)

The man's suit was exactly the kind Qi Sui considered proper and beautiful—it seemed tailored to fit perfectly, with even two strangely shaped cufflinks on the cuffs, but they were too far away for Qi Sui to see clearly.

The man coughed softly again, covering his mouth with the side of his hand and coughing gently.

Qi Sui was lost in thought when she suddenly remembered there was a half-used cough spray in her coat pocket.

Only half a bottle left.

She had bought it at a pharmacy last week when she was sick and coughing. The effect wasn't particularly good, but she had kept it with her, occasionally taking it out to spray, forgetting to put it in the family medicine cabinet.

She reached into her coat pocket and pinched the half-bottle of spray, hesitating whether to take it out.

Cough spray was a very personal item.

At least, that's what Qi Sui thought.

Things like this—mouth fresheners, cough sprays, or lip oils—she wouldn't share with others.

After all, they needed to come into contact with the skin's surface.

But the effect of this bottle was indeed not good, and she had been planning to throw it away anyway.

The man was hunched over, his suit jacket forming a small arched curve that didn't look stooped or sloppy. He was just coughing lightly, with a slight tremor, looking quite pitiful and fragile.

Most importantly—

His face was indeed handsome.

Qi Sui thought.

Even the cold expression he had when he first entered the elevator was striking.

The numbers kept increasing.

When they reached the 16th floor, the elevator doors opened. Qi Sui stepped out and casually handed over the cough spray in her hand, saying softly:

"If you don't mind, use this."

She saw the man look up slightly, his eyes rising to glance at her. The corners of his eyes were long and narrow, with a slightly rounded angle, red from coughing.

He covered his mouth and said a muffled thank you, carefully taking the cough spray while being careful not to let his palm touch Qi Sui's skin.

The man stood up straight.

Qi Sui nodded. In a very small corner, she saw the nametag on his chest. On the curve of his chest was a nametag with a gold border, engraved with three English letters—

LEO.

The name made her uncomfortable.

But the man's handsome face compensated for that.

But was there really this many people named LEO?

She put on a warm and approachable smile while thinking to herself, her mind in a mess.

Stopping at the entrance of the administrative office, she knocked on the wide-open glass door and walked over to a familiar colleague to get a signature.

The colleague picked up the document Qi Sui had brought for signing, studied it for a while, then handed it back to her, saying:

"I can't sign this one. Go to the 19th floor, find the deputy manager, or find LEO."

"LEO?" Qi Sui asked, "Who is LEO?"

The colleague tapped his head and called the landline.

Qi Sui clearly saw his fingers press four digits—

"7459."

"LEO, there's a document here that needs your signature. Are you there?" he asked.

Something seemed to be replied on the other end. The colleague nodded and hung up.

He handed the unsigned document back to Qi Sui, pointed upward with his index finger, and said, "19th floor, room 1901, the room at the end of the left corridor. You can find him to sign it."

Qi Sui nodded, said thank you, and left.

The colleague behind her watched her back, then lowered his head to work again.

Someone beside him patted his shoulder and teased, "What's up, Engineer Wu? Got an eye on her?"

The man called "Engineer Wu" laughed and cursed, "What nonsense? Don't be disrespectful. I'm just curious."

The other asked, "Curious about what?"

Engineer Wu said softly, "I once saw this girl chatting with Qian Jin in the corridor. They looked pretty close. I thought they might be a couple, but Qian Jin never told us he had a girlfriend."

"Qian Jin?" the other scratched his head, "Isn't Qian Jin married?"

Engineer Wu: "Huh?"

The other said, "HR told me, and they said his wife is also in our company. But I've never seen her, so I don't know if it's true."

Engineer Wu: "Hey, that Qian Jin is really something."

Qi Sui, of course, didn't know they were talking about her. She took the elevator to the 19th floor and followed the colleague's directions to the end of the corridor—

Room 1901.
