Encountering Police Officers
After bypassing three main roads completely blocked by vehicles, Lin Mo finally found a small path hidden between residential communities. Vehicles here were scattered sparsely along the roadside, mostly small cars, much emptier than the main roads, and there were far fewer wandering zombies.
The train slowed down. Lin Mo turned to look at Zhou Li, who was organizing things nearby, and instructed, "Zhou Li, put on your protective suit and take the multi-purpose shovel. If there are any zombies killed or injured by the train along the way, remember to collect their crystal cores. Don't waste them."
"Got it, Lin Jie!" Zhou Li responded crisply, quickly putting on her down jacket and protective suit. "If there aren't many zombies, I'll lean against the train and use the fire axe to chop them. This thing really works."
Leaning against the three-story-high train gave a strong sense of security. Not only could she retreat back into the train at any time, but the train's exterior was also very smooth and round, making it impossible for zombies to climb, naturally blocking those coming from behind.
