After leaving the Ice Sea and arriving on shore, Bai Lin once again summoned his obnoxiously cool, dazzlingly awesome white motorcycle, while Huangfu Jun's colorless, transparent demonic "diving suit" transformed back into a dark red form-fitting leather outfit.
Bai Lin swung his long leg over, mounted the bike in a dashing and smooth manner, then raised one hand, conjuring a cool white helmet out of thin air. His clothes also changed into a white leather motorcyclist suit.
He turned his face back, seemingly in a good mood now that the mission was complete, and extended a hand toward Huangfu Jun. Even his eyes, usually as still as a cold pool, held a trace of a faint smile, looking even more clear and bright against the snowy landscape.
"Come on, let's go home!" His voice was light, yet carried a weighty quality that inexplicably put one at ease.
It should have been reassuring.
Huangfu Jun pursed her lips, a little speechless. So, weren't they in the distant North Sea? Not to mention the Monster Bureau in the suburbs of Yandu, even the Hua Kingdom was tens of thousands of kilometers away, right? What did Captain Bai mean? A super-plus 2.0 version of high-speed motorcycling? The kind that goes 20,000 leagues under the sea? Could his motorcycle even be amphibious?
