Zeng Keqin stared at the screen for a few seconds, but no new message popped up, so she turned her attention to the case file.
The plaintiff was a small factory that processed mechanical parts. A large company from another city owed them payment for goods, nearly two million in total. For a small factory like this, that amount could crush everything. Workers' wages couldn't be paid, raw materials couldn't be purchased, and the production line had been shut down for almost a month.
She flipped through the documents page by page, marking key information in her notebook.
