The door was kicked open.
The small east latrine couldn't accommodate the large crowd. Several maids rushed in and grabbed the girl in the corner who had nowhere to escape.
"Where's the doctor?"
He Ping'an raised her medicine chest above her head and said with an apologetic smile: "I am the doctor. I ate something bad this morning and was just using the toilet. You scared me, there are so many of you."
The strong old servant woman looked her up and down carefully.
