Reading and service activity: books and chapters viewed, listening activity, reading progress, bookshelf actions, search terms and history, ratings, likes, reports, notifications, support interactions, and feature preferences.
Communications and submitted content: reviews, comments, reports, support messages, feedback, and any text, image, audio, video, or attachment you choose to provide.

3. Comments, Profiles & Media

When you submit public or support content, we process the form data together with relevant account, IP address, browser, and anti-abuse signals to publish, moderate, secure, or respond to it.

Approved public content and the associated display name or avatar may be visible to other users.
If an avatar or profile-image service is enabled, a one-way hash derived from your email address may be sent to that provider to locate an existing avatar, subject to the provider's privacy policy.
Images can contain embedded metadata such as EXIF location data. Remove sensitive metadata before uploading because recipients may be able to download and inspect it.
Automated tools or service providers may check submissions for spam, malware, abuse, or policy violations.

Public submissions and associated moderation metadata may remain until deleted or no longer needed; legal holds and backup copies may persist longer.
After the applicable period, information is deleted, securely destroyed, or anonymized.
