JadeRomance may offer free and paid features. Paid features may use the in-platform virtual currency Jade, obtained through supported payment channels shown at checkout.
- Jade is a prepaid means of accessing services on JadeRomance; it is not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash or traded between users, and cannot be used outside the platform.
- Exchange rates, minimum amounts, prices, discounts, and applicable fees are displayed before purchase and form part of these Terms once published.
- Completed purchases of consumed digital content are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests concerning an unspent balance may be reviewed by contacting us; approved refunds are returned through an available original payment method less permitted fees.
- Third-party payment providers apply their own terms and processing rules. We are not responsible for their independent acts, outages, exchange-rate changes, or fees, except to the extent required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The JadeRomance name, software, interface, design, and materials identified by the jaderomance Team copyright notice belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Novel content remains the property of its respective rights holders; we do not claim ownership of third-party works.
- Except as expressly permitted by the service or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, license, sell, or create derivative works from protected service materials.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service or its software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
